Appologies for appeering impatient, but my query was posted 2 weeks ago - https://community.talktalk.co.uk/t5/Superpowered-Fibre-Broadband/Very-poor-Fibre-performance/td-p/1993865/jump-to/first-unread-message - and has received no OCE response so far.
I have followed all the advice in the forums related to similar issues BUT I am still getting only half the upload speed (a paltry 500kbps) that I got previously when on ADSL.
Can you check if BT Openreach actually did a DLM reset after they replaced my cable feed on 23rd December? If so, how can I be getting poorer performance on a fibre/copper feed than I did on a copper/aluminium feed???
Here are some interesting screenshots I took after I switched off the router for 40min last night in case they shed any light on the problem.

I have done the relevent speed tests and posted pings and traceroutes on the previous thread.
If 500kbps is the best I can ever expect on "SuperFibre" can I go back to ADSL??
