I am hoping somebody can help me. I have arranged to switch providers for my phone and broadband from TalkTalk to Sky with effect from 12 January 2017.
Everything had been going smoothly until yesterday (4 January) when my both my broadband and home phone service were seemingly disconnected.
I telephoned TalkTalk and, after an age of being passed around, was told that there was a fault 'outside my property' and that an Openreach engineer would be contacted.
To be frank I don't belive this as there don't appear to be any other issues in the local area and I suspect that what in fact has happened is that my services have been cut off 1 week early.
Is there anybody that can throw any light on this?
