I have been on the phone multiple times this morning to try and get an answer to my question but as of yet, no luck!
I recently upgraded to firbre beacuse our connection was starting to slow due to the demands in the house, I went for the medium package at upto 38mbps, For the most part I get 36-37mbps which is really good for the price. However, once 18:00 hits the speeds drops to really low speeds sometimes around 1.3 - 1.8mbs which is poor. I imagine it is due to server loads and over loaded infrastructure or somekind of network management. Anyway, to my question, what minimum speed do I have to get before I have the right to cancel under failure of service? On my sign up I am sure it was 3mbps but I cant get Talk Talk to confirm this, does sanyone know?
