I recently upgraded to faster fibre and received the super router - HUAWEI HG633.
Since then my new router crashes constantly when watching Now TV on my PS4. This was never an issue before?
Spoke to the the chat team yesterday, carried out some checks and told me to give it 24 hrs to see if it was any better.
It wasn't, so contacted them again. I shared links showing others with the same problem, but this information did not seem to be acknowledged and the operator only suggested calling out Open Reach.
I am not convinced that this is a problem with my line as I never had this issues until this new router arrived.
I have been told that this is a known issue, but still can't find information on how to fix it, please help.
