Fibre cutting off every evening around the same time

Hi after many months of issues I'm still having problems with the fibre cutting out around the same time every day it's between  8 and 12 midnight  normally we get a red Internet light and  then it is off for anything between  10 minutes to hours on some occasions, we've had 2 engineers visiting the property  who's both said  no issues  found  yet still  it happens,  we've been in contact over and over with your customer service  and  you guys yet this never stops happening  and it's very very frustrating,  none of our neighbours seem to get this problem  so why are we,  we're on new property  with new lines all the way to the  exchange , could this just  be a super router issue  as that's the only difference between the companies  so you've told me, I'm just at the end of my tether  it's every day  red light  comes on tonight at 10 night before 12am and that was off for over a hour , when you pay for a service  you don't expect to be cut off this has happened few times in one night admitted not for couple of weeks yet even  once a day is enough  as upto few hours can be very frustrating  for a disabled person  who's very reliant on this fibre service  to work, its  controlling my safety alarm(lifeline to emergency services) , my heating,TV and alot more, my family are heavy users of this as they stream and play online, and of course when my wife is at work with no mobile signal uses online to make sure I am safe but when it's off I'm left in a very vulnerable position, I'm not going into to much detail on here but it can be life threatening if I can't get help when I need to,  so please can you help us get this sorted out ASAP and once and for all  its over half my 12 month contract that I've had nothing but problems,  surely this is enough to be considered a major issue.

Many thanks
