Speed downgrade issue

Hi all,

Slightly long and tortuous tale which I will try and summarise briefly!

I was near contract end date and eventually renewed, I was previously on the 80/20 fibre package. Despite assurances I was getting the same package, when I renewed this dropped to 20/2 or thereabouts. After much shenanigans with sales/complaints they agreed I had been mislead and honoured the previous 80/20 package with a regular discount.

Only trouble now is my actual/attainable rates are nowhere what they were before all of this messing about started, currently Draytek 2860 is reporting this:

My previous actual/attainable download speeds were around 72-74/80. Any ideas what is going on? This feels like an issue TalkTalk end given all of this started when they downgraded my package.
