Started getting drop outs and disconnects since the new year - hg633

My connection used to be very good before the new year, rarely getting any drop outs or disconnections. However, over the past week or so I've started getting regular (at worst, around every 10mins or so last weekend) drop outs and disconnects. As far as I am aware I've made no additions to my network, the only thing I've added is a xbox one. My router is a hg633,
