Intermittent connection

Evening.

For a few weeks every now and again my connection seems to be dropping. The "Internet" light on the router seems to go off, then start flashing red. I believe this is losing sync?

Have spoken to TT support and dealt with a very polite agent, but I'm not sure he knew 100% what to look for. I understand there are flows to tech support, but I'm aware of troubleshooting to take to narrow out my equipment and PEBCAK Smiley Happy

Previously I have had some problems with CRC errors. I'm just wondering if a TT rep will be able to run a more thorough check / reports on my line to see if there is anything that may have potentially caused problems?

I'm not noticing any problems with the speed of my connection, that is spot on.

The TT agent I spoke with said he wanted to order me a new router, but I think he said he couldn't? Could you confirm if one has been ordered if you believe that is the correct thing to do?

I've had a look in my router settings and the network log doesn't give too much information - can you advise why some dates on it are 01/01/2010? I don't know which are legit logs that could potentially help with troubleshooting, and which aren't?
