I have been a subcriber to Fibre Large for the past year. Although the download speeds I was achieving (c. 14.5 Mbps) were substantially lower than advertised/expected for the package I had no issues with connectivity and speed drops.
However, 1 month ago BT Openreach carried out some works on my line and since then I have had nothing but problems. I've tried waiting the usual 10 days for DLM to 'adjust' to the interuptions but the router keeps rebooting before those 10 days are up and this has been happening for a month so I'm getting nowhere.
Following talks with customer service and carrying out the usual tests, two Talk Talk engineers came out last Saturday (7th Jan) and said they would request a 'profile' change with everything being resolved by the following Tuesday (10th Jan). Unfortunately nothing has changed and I'm only achieving between 3 and 6 Mbps. I have the stats if needed.
I'm using the HG633 (H.1.01) router with firmware version 1.21t.
Can somebody look into this for me?
