I heard for about the 20th time and again last night from tech support in India that there is defo a new D-Link Fiber talktalk router coming soon but I tried to get them to spill the beans on some dates etc of release as usual and they wouldn't say, but I could tell they seem to know more than they are allowed to say.
Anyway, has any forum users heard anything or got any even a slightly solid bit of information on what model it will be etc and an average date of release, for example, 1st, 2nd, 3rd or 4th quarter of 2017 ect ?
The guy I spoke to from India, I know his name but I best not mention it in case it gets him into trouble, he said that there has been so many problems with the HG633 failing to do what its meant to do etc and he also stated something like massive amount of viral attacks on the routers have made it literally impossible to go on like this and that is the reason they are bringing in the new D-Link router.
But hey, don't shoot the messenger, I am only stating what a few others have already stated on the forum too, be intersting to know what one it is though and hopefully get rid of these pieces of junk HG633's for good.
