If you're a fibre customer you don't need to request a profile change on your line, this is because the Dynamic Line Management system "DLM" which is provided by Openreach is fully automated to provide you with the best possible connection.
DLM will monitor your line for issues and make changes to the profile to ensure your connection remain stable whilst giving you the maximum speed for your line.
