Connection dropping every day

Hi I have Fibre Optic broadband and everyday without fail the internet slows down to around 0.5-2 Mb/s I have called up multiple times and they are absolutely useless on the phone(sorry but true) I've asked for a new router 3 times and every time they disconnect me. (I believe the router is the problem, obviously that's my opinion I don't have a clue to be honest)

The lights on the router are always flashing like crazy and its constantly needed to be turned on and off, sometimes this sorts the connection out but 70% of the time it doesn't. Is there anything you can do to check my router/internet because the next step is to cancel and change provider.

I have copy and pasted some info I don't know if it will be of any use. I don't have any other router to try.
