Is Talktalk that crap or is it me. Not going through India just to get a person who is unfortunate to be sitting at a desk dealing with faults. Who is just reading a script but is of no real use. Been ther 2 years ago and took 2 months to sort out.
So problem is i have no landline and Fibre is down was told an engineer would go outside to check but 3 days on nothing reported. Now how long do you wait for a report. Also how the heck does all my services stop but the person next door is ok. Same company dealing with.
If one thing was failing i would guess its my equipment but with the fact my PC can connect online tested with neighbour then it has to be someone has disconected my line only logical solution.
