My router has been dropping out and losing connection continually for nearly 6 weeks now. All the lights on the router drop out (including the power light) with internet light turning red then the internet returns... and then it goes again about 10 minutes later and so on and so on. I have had two TalkTalk engineers out and two Sky Openreach engineers, all have found no problem with the line. The last Sky Openreach engineer was out this morning and found a post with someone describing exactly the same issue in another forum on this site. The issue was resolved by rolling back the firmware to 1.15t. We stream our TV service and this has been extremely disruptive, especially over the festive season, and nobody has been able to solve the problem since it started on 15th December! I've spent a good 9+ hours in total on the phone to TalkTalk over this period also. We've had engineers who have failed to show up and been told engineers were scheduled to come out when there was no appointment made in the first place. Call backs either don't happen or never happen at the agreed time. My baby son has been woken up several times by inconvenient call backs at times when I said not to call. We've also had to upgraded to fibre optic during this period as that was the recommendation of the engineer back in December. Can someone please contact me with regards to this issue as soon as possible. We're at the end of our tether with this and are really disappointed with TalkTalk's customer service and the fact it's gone on for this long! Thanks, Danielle North
