Hi,@OCE, We have superpowered fibre large but although we can receive a really strong signal with a good speed, it drops and cuts out randomly, multiple times during the day. We reported this to TalktTalk and had a BT engineer sent to our house to investigate, he did some checks and was baffled. He made some changes at the exchange but the problem persists. I can never get through to TalkTalk unless I can spare up to an hour on hold/being passed around. Could the issue be the router? The engineer didn't change it at the time. It's a HG533. Please help, we are using all of our mobile phone 4G data allowances at home, the WIFI is so intermittent.
