VOIP Not Working?

Hi There

 

I desperatly need this sorted to be able work.  I have a Super Router HG633.I downloaded a Media5-Fone app to my Iphone. The dial pad comes up on app all looks ok but my boss can not get through to me when calls me on it. 

They said it seems that the firewall in my internet router is blocking the app. They told me comtact Talk Talk and ask if they are blocking VOIP communications(some companies do this by default.

If they are not blocking VOIP communications the only other options is to check is port 5060 is open on my router. I phoned Talk Talk spoke to 4 people none of them able resolve issue.

I got put through to manager to be told they do not block anything on router and they can not open ports their end. One guy told me how to login to my super router.

If I disable firewall and go to maintain then remote mananagement and put connection request port to 5060 and tick enable certificates will it then work?

Manager gave me this number to phone for App Tec Team open 8am-8pm on 0345 172 0042.

I hope they can help I am so worried not going to be able work for this company anymore.
