My fibre broadband connection appears to have been disconnected this past weekend and reverted to a standard broadband connection. I reported the fault to your service centre on Sunday 27/09 and was told this would resolved within 48 hours but still nothing has been done and I have still not been told what the issue is or when this will be resolved.
Please can someone advise what the issue is and when it will be fixed?
