Wrote Saturday replying to an old mess but so (wednesday evening) far no feedback...not a very fast support.
I tohught it was a good idea a new mess.
As always I am having troubles with my fibre broadband, last 1.5-2 months.
The phone line is ok but the broadband connection is absolutely slow and seems unstable (take long time to surf, ...).
Would you please check and let me know?
A few info:
What exchange are you connected to? Should be PERIVALE
Do you have other telephone extensions? NO
Are you having any other voice related problems such as noisy lines and ringtone / ringing issues? NO
What modem are you using? HG633
Are you using a telephone extension lead to connect your modem to the telephone socket? NO
Are you experiencing the disconnections at any specific time? I use it mainly in the evening during the week but it also disconnect daytme at week ends so I would say "all day"
