Had a serious proble with my Fibre earlier in the year, was fixed promptly after a couple of weeks and some BT engineers called but once again over the last month the speed has again dropped dramatically to less than 800kbps. Not good enough for package we have, the work i do cant stream anything without buffering etc etc
Please help.
