We ordered Fibre Large as an upgrade from Medium yesterday and i was just wondering how long it takes for the change to take effect on the line. According to the 192.168 settings page our maximum downstream rate is 90MBPS and maximum upload 30MBPS, i know that we will not get these speeds when the line stabalises because of the 76MBPS limit. The Downstream line rate is still reading 32.4MBPS down and 1.2MBPS up.
According to a plusnet help page the connection is stabalised using DLM bands and one of these bands is 16.2-32.4MBPS, considering that our rate is exactly 32.4MBPS this is the band that DLM must have put us on. So my question is howlong will it take for DLM to realise the connection could be much faster and adjust accordingly?
