We signed up for Fibre large, and recevied the hg633 router, all installed etc, new cables, filters etc.
but router only shows 38mb and 10mb , we were told by BT and talk talk, our minimum speed woudl be 55mbs, and could go upto 80mbs, 76n on TT fibre Large, but said our max speed woudl be in the 70mb range,
i recently spoke with a bt engineer and he tested line with no faults, and said it looks like were not on the highest speed available or on the large package, he also said we are close to the fibre box , so there should be no reason for this slow speeds , and to ask TT to advise BTOR to increase our speeds accordingly.
can someone look into this for us, as i am paying for a large service and not recevieng .
