Fibre broadband - house move

Hi there,

sorry if this is in the wrong place, feel free to move the Topic.

im just off the phone to the house move dept and set up moving my services to our new address. 
ive been told that we cant receive fibre broadband, yet when i check other address ie. the 2 houses either side of us they can receive it ok. 

It is a new build development and a fresh line install so im just wondering is it likely we'll recieve fibre once the line is installed?
