This error has been going on for months.
The new super router sent by TT made a difference for a short while, but now the loss of BB is again happening around 10 times a day.
I have moved the main phone socket and router to within 3 metres of my laptop to no avail.
I suspect there is a problem with the phone line to the house but TT technical guys have done various tests and can find nothing wrong with the line.
This intermittent service and unreliable connection is NOT what I am paying for.
Can anyone please help?
