At the end of November my fibre broadband service became intermittent and slowed down to the stage where it was non-existent, A TalkTalk engineer came to my house and diagnosed the fault to be on the BT side of things. He escalated the fault and the following day BTOR carried out some work on the line. The broadband speed stabilised at 16Mbps. Over the weekend the speed has gradually dropped and is now between 10 and 11 Mbps and has times when it slows down to single figures. I've done all the checks with cables etc and it's had no effect,
