We're at the end of our tether with talktalk now. We're going to take our business elsewhere if this does not change asap.

Since then it's gone back down to a speed that is almost unusable. we can't even stream music most of the time never mind tv and film.
We opted for an upgrade on our service to fibre broadband and this should have been installed today (10/12/2015). We have heard nothing and have no noticable speed increase from the barely 200kbps we have been getting.
This is completely unacceptable. Could someone contact us regarding this as soon as possible so that we can get to the bottom of this. File attached is talktalk's speed test results.
