When I switched to Talk Talk Fibre (December 2014) I consistently got a download speed of ~38Mb, but since October 2015 this has dropped to ~24Mb. I note from the community that many others are experiencing the same and clearly this is a Talk Talk problem, so what's the solution, change to another provider when the contract's up as my experience of Talk Talk actually resolving speed issues is poor or should I acutally rely on Talk Talk to provide customer service....
