This is my third and quite possibly my final complaint about the speed issues I am having.
For no apparent reason my speed dropped on Sunday from 72mb to 59mb. It is still currently 59mb. This is after I have had a BT engineer turn up due to my last complaint and report that there was nothing wrong (even though he managed to get my speeds back to what they should have been) and I was charged for the privilege.
I'll refrain from typing any more at the moment as I am absolutely fuming at what is a sub standard service without any sort of compensation offered for it
