Speed worries on Fiber ?

Can someone help me please.

I've just moved over from BT... was on their Fiber broadband for a year and it was pretty smooth and very fast (was getting consistent 37mb download speeds).

The switchover to Talktalk was done over 3 days ago... and i know theres a stabilisation period of 10 days.... but  I'm getting a bit concerned that the speed still hasnt notched up towards the 30+mb mark... and is struggling at  around 10 to 20 mb

These are the stats from the talktalk router i got :

DSL synchronization status: Up
Connection status: Showtime
Upstream line rate (kbit/s): 1999
Downstream line rate (kbit/s): 39997
Maximum upstream rate (kbit/s): 28935
Maximum downstream rate (kbit/s): 105828
Upstream noise safety coefficient (dB): 31
Downstream noise safety coefficient (dB): 20
Upstream interleave depth: 1
Downstream interleave depth: 1
Line standard: VDSL2
Upstream line attenuation (dB): 0.9
Downstream line attenuation (dB): 0.7
Upstream output power (dBm): -16.5
Downstream output power (dBm): 13.5
Channel type: Fast

Any help from the talktalk techies would be most appreciated
