I upgraded to superpowered fibre and the speed its slower than the normal fibre. tried to contact talktalk team 3 times, all the say is: ohh you speed its fine 15mb/s but I am paying extra £10 for superpowered fibre and getting less than the normal fibre which i was getting 35mb/s. Very dissapointed with the service. Please HELP!!!
