Connection, what connection!!

It's the "same old, same old" - my broadband keeps cutting out.

 

The message on the icon tells me i have "exellent strength" - but - "no internet access". 

 

I have followed the various changes suggested by engineers and members of the Community. It works for a while but then reverts to poor or no performance.  This is driving me mad.  I paying money for a service that doesn't function!!  Perhaps it's time to go elsewhere.
