I have just switched from BT to talk talk, my switch day has now passed and I am not receiving an internet connection.
On the router the broadband light is green but the internet light is red, when i log onto the router it shows my download speed and upload speed so it appears to be in some way connected however I don't have a wan ip address, also when I try to use the broadband password retrieval service it says "sorry we don't recognise your phone number"
My landline was also switched and appears to be working normally.
