Ive upgraded from broadband to fibre about 3 weeks ago but my go live date is 23rd dec
I would just like to make sure that my new router and modem is being sent as worried about christmas post. As if it does not turn up on that date ille be left with no internet and too late to do anything as been fobbed of in the past when connectrd at start. Just need a reply and some help as lines always busy as so is live chat.
