Poor connection with HG635 router

My router seems to be sending a poor signal which is leading to my devices having poor internet connectivity.  Once the connection is made it frequently drops out though when connected the speed is 36.5MB down and 2.25 up.

I would be grateful if you could look into this for me.

The router is a standard TalkTalk HG635 model.
