I recently upgraded my connection from normal broadband (ADSL2+) to Faster Fibre (VDSL). On the day of connection (8/Nov) and some days following that I got higher speeds on a VDSL connection (approx. 20-30 Mbps), but now since a couple of days, my connection defaults to ADSL2+ (approx. 8Mbps) instead (connection snapshot attached). I have since rebooted my Talktalk 833 modem router but to no benefit.
Can someone check and confirm why this is happening and what needs to be done to get back to Faster Fibre connection?
