I pay for a faster fibre connection and have never had a download speed faster than 18mb/s and recently its down to 7.2mb/s (upload speeds are actually faster).
Ive checked all the usual stuff and looking at replacing the router (I spoke to a TalkTalk guy the other day and he said that could be the issue) can anyone recommend a good router to get the best fast fibre connection.......
