My fibre broadband speed has totally dropped off. We used to get speeds around 20, but for the past year the speed drops and I have to restart the router. Initially I only had to do this every so often, but now I'm having to do it a few times a day and the speeds are no longer coming back up. I have contacted TalkTalk via live chat, but am getting nowhere. I seem to be paying a lot of money for something that isn't fit for purpose. Keep being promised calls from a manager, but this never materialises. I've had this issue in the past and was sent a replacement router. I don't have the time to constantly do the checks over and over again, as I am a full time carer for my daughter. Not impressed.
