Confusion about pricing of fibre package

Can anyone clarify if I'm correct in thinking as an existing customer who has upgraded to fibre med that I also have to pay for simply broadband on top, yet a new customer does not?

 

I would love you to clarify this because on the sales page, it seems the new customer package cost is just the fibre cost plus the line rental and I would hate to think I was being penalised just for being a loyal customer!
