A total shambles from the day I signed up

I signed up for the normal internet package with talk talk that was only giving me speeds of 2.0mbps which is below what your meant to be getting by law I believe so talk talk charged me £40 extra for the last 10 months of my contract to upgrade to fibre medium. I now get speeds of around 19-20.0mbps which is below what I was told I would be getting and well below what a fibre connection should be but that's the least of my worries.. My upload speed on my 'upgraded' fibre connection is 2.0mbps! I mean come on is this company having a laugh!! I've honestly never spent less than half an hour on the phone to a person in India or wherever they are, trying to understand them properly and in total I'd say I've called talk talk more than 20 times in the 3 months I've been with them. I called up yesterday and told them I'd like to cancel my contract on the basis they have not kept to their side of the deal and for this reason I won't be paying a cancellation fee and all 3 times the phone went dead after I stated what I was expecting. Honestly I'd love talk talk to be investigated by ofcom as a matter of urgency as this company is a shambles and a scam!! I've realised one thing, rather than saving £5/£10 a month with talk talks shamble service why not pay the extra and get a service you can rely on and a customer service team in England that are actually answering questions off experience not being the human voice of a computer albeit in a foreign accent that I can't understand properly!! And before anybody thinks I'm discriminating I am a British citizen but wasn't born here and have family from many different cultures and backgrounds!
