Not been able to connect to my super router for 2 weeks im even having to use a local BTFon hotspot just to connect my laptop when im paying for superfast fibre. i called tech help who told me it was a problem with my laptop and my 2 tablets not a faulty router. They said they would do a line test anyway and call me when it was complete, 2 weeks later i called them to be told they had`nt even done it and again the said the router was fine but if i wanted to pay £65 they would send an engineer to have a look. I know that the router is faulty because my nieghbour has the same one and i have know problem at all connecting to his, most of the time my one does`nt even show up on my laptop but his is at the top of the list. im thinking now about just stoping the direct debit and see if that gets there attention.
