my internet speed has been up and down but for a while now the past few days i have been getting 17Mb download and 0.70 upload i normaly get 52Mb download and over 11Mb upload and no outgoing calls for a few days Ref: 12550029 which they said a fault was found but still not fixed, please can you fix my problem.
