I connected my fibre router and everything seemed to work fine but when I tried to connect to internet then a page appeared to me saying that the broadband user and password weren't wrong so I had to call to a phone number and I had got another broadband user and password. When I changed that in the router then the internet light turned red.
Solution from TalkTalk: Pay £65 and they'll send an engineer to my house. Why? What can the engineer do in my house? Everything is connected ok so what are they going to solve? I'm paying £65 for nothing because is a problem on their systems with the broadband user and password, not a problem in my house.
Whya do I need to pay if nothing from TalkTalk is done????
How much cost cancel the contract with TalkTalk? I'll do it.
