About one to two hours ago (circa 2pm) we started experiencing poor / unresponsive internet in the house. This was unusual as we have had a stable srevice for some time.
I rebooted the router via the Router Configuration page - and noticed that the internet was unavailable - cycling through connection / disconnect. Eventually it seemed to connect up - but a wifi speed test quickly showed this seemed to be very poor.
When I looked at the TT router we have, the Internet light was solid red and remained so for a while. I switched off the router for about 20mins and then rebooted. We now have a green internet light - but our downstream connection is terrible.
I have undertaken a series of speed tests - all hardwired to the router using the supportal-test.co.uk service TT has given me. These show that we are getting in the region of 6 - 13 mbps downstream (way off) and around 16-18 mbps upstream (closer to usual and expected). Results are linked to my account via telephone number.
Our downstream is far below acceptable for a large package - and much less that the speeds we have been recording using the supportal-test service since things were sorted out.
Can you please advise and get the wheels in motion to sort this out.
Thanks
