Upgraded to fibre broadband, but still no internet connection...

I had a broadband package with TalkTalk and decided to upgrade to fibre. I was sent the new router and was given a go live date anytime up to midnight on 30/12/15. My telephone connection works fine however I still have no internet connection as of 11am on 31/12/15. My router shows the following LED status's: -

 

Power & Broadband  - solid green

Internet - solid red

Ethernet - flashing green

 

Is the problem the obvious one that the connection hasn't gone live yet or is there something I could try? There's long answer times for the telephone help. Any suggestions please?
