Intermittent Sync

I'm frequently getting Intermittent Sync on my Fibre Internet connection. Sometimes this is once or a few times a day but it's only ever for a few seconds at a time. Some days it may not happen at all, or it is happening but because it's only down for a few seconds I've not noticed it.

Today, 4th Jan, there have been around 4-5 loss of sync and currently the Super Router says this about line quality:

Line Quality

Upstream line rate (kbit/s):800
Downstream line rate (kbit/s): 27397
Upstream noise safety coefficient (dB): 30.7
Downstream noise safety coefficient (dB):26.1
Upstream interleave depth: 0
Downstream interleave depth: 0
Line standard: VDSL
Upstream line attenuation (dB): 15.7
Downstream line attenuation (dB): 8.8
Upstream output power (dBm): 1
Downstream output power (dBm): 13.4
Downstream interleave depth: None
DSL up-time: 0 days 0 hours 19 minutes 29 seconds

The up and down stream line attenuation I think is about right for fibre but output power looks very low to me, is that normal, is that the cause of the intermittent sync?

I'm connected to the master socket and it's one with the fibre filter built into it. It was fine when it was first installed but has been doing this for the last few months and gotten noticeably worse in the past 3-4 weeks.
