New customer and issues already

Hi,  Ive only been with talktalk fibre 2 days and im having issues.

firstly,  today i am unable to access the super router. Its saying 192.168.1.1 is refusing connection, on any borwser.

Secondly my speed should have been 55 to 76mb and im getting a constant 45

i really dont want to be spending days on forums or on the phone.  is this fixable within a reasonable timeframe
