hi
had new install from ads like to fibre today, received email to say all live after open reach completed cabinet works.
but no internet - I have tried all the technical advice and the scripts for the Indian people on the phone without result.
i have a green light on my router for broadband and a red on Internet, looking into the settings on hg633 router all the line settings are populated and looking effective but I have no wan ip or dns server connections.
This is due some how to a connection to talk talk either at exchange or further down line but I now have another engineer booked for Saturday when I have tried to explain that this is not an internal fault and a network issue
how do I get this resolved and have the switch that is off put to on !!!!!
