Our upload speed has increased correctly but the download speed has not, it has been more than a few days and it said it would only take 24 hours to increase.

Predicted speeds were 76 up 18 down
This was tested over a wired connection and I have also switched the router off for roughly 30 minutes to see if that would do anything.
