Speed fibre large issue

Hi I have a problem with the speed of my broadband fiber large , namely from the beginning , ie . 22 December 2015 does not exceed 35mb speed down and 8mb up . on the " my account" in the details of the package it is all well, but when you log on to TalkTalk Router is different because speed is slower than what I should have what you can see on the screenshot
