I upgraded to Fibre broadband in October 15. I expected and received a download speed of 39-40 mbps and this speed maintained for a few weeks with 0 errors in the logs, suddenly it dropped to 29 mbps. I hoped my connection speed would recover but it is still 29 mbps. Why did the speed drop when there were 0 errors in the Lan and Internet Statistics? This is not the speed I upgraded to. Please could you reset the DLM back to the original signup speed? Thank you,. Robert.
