So I took the plunge, and upgraded to Fibre Large, I have seen the drastic increase in sync speeds, my upload is definitely seeing the benefit, but as yet, my actual download rate hasn't seen an increase; does it take longer to adjust than the upload, or could it be a stuck profile, or other such issue?

Attenuation (dB) : 13.7
Up : 19999
SNR (dB) : 6
Attnuation (dB) : 29.2
